Erin's 21st ~ with a hint of culture!

So Thursday, if people looked at Siyan's blog site, was karaoke night at my house. Here are 2 photo's from that.



Anyway, last night was my friend Erin's 21st at The York on Lilydale. This place has a fantastic cocktail lounge suitable for private functions and if I could do my 21st all over again, that place would definitely be it.  Dresscode was cocktail (with a hint of culture). So for my little input for culture, I wore a feather headband to indicate the American Indian culture. What a fun night!

Oh and another thing! ATTENTION! Vera Wang - Princess. This perfume is great! Perfect for us girlies! How pretty is the bottle???!!! I'm trying to get my parents to buy it duty free for me... *fingers crossed!*

A Beachy Frame of Mind

So due to the awesome weather today, it just hit me.. I need to go beach gear shopping! New bathers, new towel... new accessories to wear at the beach... OMG. Where the hell am I going to pull all this money from?! So anyway! I went to a few websites to check out what bikini's were out at the moment so I could splurge all my money asap. What do you guys think? Left or right? I think i'm leaning towards the right bikini... And then there's a matter of if its available in shops still! I wish I was at the beach today...  

Movie night tonight!

SO! I'm finally going to go see Step Up tonight.. I've been DYING to see it since i saw the poster up on the wall at the cinemas..! Channing Tatum is so hot...! Well.. he has his moments.. but he's still HOT! *drool* I'm sure i'll add more to this post AFTER i've seen the movie... Devil Wears Prada was awesome too.. Thanks Siyan and Liyan for the ticket, you guys are awesome!  

Mike's 21st

Saturday night was crazy! The birthday boy Mike bought 24 slabs of alcohol and provided a spit roast for everyone at his party. We all chipped in to buy him a kayak. He better use it.. ! 800 bucks...! So anyway, all of us ended up fairly.. er.. drunk but it was a great night!  I wasn't happy having to go to work on Sunday though.. stupid hangovers...  Now i have karaoke to look forward to! Yayyyy! Hurry up Thursday...!
